Almut Lustig, born in Hildesheim, studied orchster percussion in Hannover. She worked with several orchsters, ensemles for contemporary music, bands and percussionensembles, such as ‘anthos’ (with wich she had several projekts with Karlheinz Stockhausen) and ‘schlagsahne’ (NDR-TV-portrait in 2002). She is member of “a rose is” an ensemble for experimentel music-theatre and played drums/percussion in several theatre productions like ‘Der Hauptmann von Köpenick’ (Staatstheater Hannover), ‘Dreigroschenoper’ (Staatstheater Braunschweig),’X-Wohnungen’ (Hebbeltheater Berlin). Since 2004 she is working with Constanza Macras (‘Big in Bombay’, ‘Sure’, ‘I’m not the only one’) and finaly moved to Berlin in 2006.
