Kristina Loesche-Loewensen, violinist and stage musician, living in Berlin, was born in Gehrden, Germany and studied music and German in Hannover. Since then she has worked with various theaters and musicians. She’s a member of a rose is, a group, working on crossover forms between theatre, performance, music and installation (www.a-rose-is.org, directed by Julian Klein). With Constanza Macras she worked the first time in 2004 for Big in Bombay. Since then she has collaborated several pieces with Constanza Macras and Dorky Park (NO WONDER, Sure – Shall we talk about it and the upcoming I’m not the only one), playing various instruments, first of all violin and latest also theremin.
